Anne Flower

Anne fell in love with the mountains as a child visiting Colorado with her family. She moved to Denver for college and enjoyed an experiential education with frequent trips to the backcountry. During that time she developed a deep respect for mountain environments, wilderness medicine and safety in the pursuit of adventure. After skiing for a year she took the leap to medical school, followed by a residency in emergency medicine, and a return to Colorado for practice. Anne appreciates the fast pace of the ER and the ability to care for all patients, regardless of their social situations. While not at work you can find her running trail ultras, biking with her partner, and exploring the outdoor world.
