Board
Rachel • Chief of Marketing, Board President
Rachel brings nearly 20 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on diagnostics and women’s health. Her work has centered on driving organizations towards meaningful, measurable success—grounded in the belief that people are the heart of every mission.
Her perspective on wellness is deeply personal. As a caregiver and advocate for her sister, who passed away in 2023 from LMS, Rachel’s journey reshaped her understanding of health—not as something fixed, but as fluid, complex, and deeply human. This experience, marked by trauma, grief, and healing, fuels her commitment to expanding access to whole-body health—particularly in remote and underserved areas.
Passionate about healthy living and adventure, Rachel balances family life with a deep appreciation for all things wild and wonderful. Now based in Park City, Utah, she finds joy and renewal in the outdoors, and shares that love with her two children. She believes in the power of nature, community, and shared knowledge to heal and connect us—no matter where we are in the world.
Jeff , MS • Chief of Finance, Treasurer
Jeff Odell brings decades of service-oriented leadership to his role as Treasurer of Mountains to Mountains. Before retiring, he served as the Operations Chief for the City of Greeley Fire Department, where from 2007 onward he led emergency response efforts with a calm, experienced hand. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a master’s degree in Earth Sciences, Jeff has long understood the delicate interconnectedness of our natural environment and the people who call it home.
Raised in the suburbs of Milwaukee and Chicago, Jeff followed his heart west in 1975, trading city life for Colorado’s high country. What began as a ski bum adventure evolved into a lifelong commitment to the mountains and the communities that thrive in them. As a firefighter, Jeff built a career on helping others in crisis—always focused on stopping the harm and protecting life. That same ethos now drives his work with Mountains to Mountains.
A devoted grandfather to nine, Jeff is passionate about passing on a deep reverence for the Earth and its living systems. His commitment to healing — whether through medical aid, mental health care, spiritual connection, or environmental stewardship — reflects a belief that mountain communities across the globe deserve to be cared for and uplifted

Anne Flower , DO • Chief Medical Officer, VP
Anne fell in love with the mountains as a child visiting Colorado with her family. She moved to Denver for college and enjoyed an experiential education with frequent trips to the backcountry. During that time she developed a deep respect for mountain environments, wilderness medicine and safety in the pursuit of adventure. After skiing for a year she took the leap to medical school, followed by a residency in emergency medicine, and a return to Colorado for practice. Anne appreciates the fast pace of the ER and the ability to care for all patients, regardless of their social situations. While not at work you can find her running trail ultras, biking with her partner, and exploring the outdoor world.
